Chicken Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Dash Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. Cook rice using chicken broth.
  2. Sauté peppers and onion in butter in a small skillet until soft, about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir into rice.
  4. Season.
