One Pot Sausage Jambalaya
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds sausage, cut ¼ to ½ inch thick
- 1 ½ cups rice, raw
- ½ package onion soup mix
- Seasoning to taste
Directions:
- Fry sausage down and remove excess grease.
- Add about 1 cup of water, onion soup and seasonings.
- Let cook for 30-45 minutes.
- Add rice and about 2 cups water.
- Cook for approximately 30 minutes or until rice is.
